Ten basketball half-courts are distributed throughout different areas of the property, giving residents convenient access no matter where they live on the grounds. A handicapped-accessible playground serves younger residents and their families, and the community also features a disc golf course for residents who enjoy a casual game of frisbee. Whether you prefer a pickup game, a walk across the open grounds, or a relaxed afternoon at the grills, there is always something to do close to home.

Pet-Friendly Spaces and Practical Parking

Antelope Ridge warmly welcomes pets with two fully fenced dog runs, each equipped with benches and water access, giving four-legged family members a safe and social space to run and play. A 75-space recreational vehicle parking lot accommodates RVs, trailers, and boats for a monthly reservation fee. Reserved parking spaces are also available on select courts, and the on-site maintenance self-help desk keeps routine upkeep convenient.

Each residence at Antelope Ridge is packed with quality features. Attached single-car garages with openers, fenced backyards, and private patio or decks provide personal outdoor space. Interiors include Energy Star appliances, gas ranges, refrigerators with ice makers, garbage disposals, dishwashers, stainless steel sinks, pantries, and full-size washer and dryer hookups. Hardwood flooring in select homes, walk-in closets, master bedroom ceiling fans, and high-speed internet and cable-ready connections make every home functional and comfortable.

Pet Policy at Antelope Ridge

Antelope Ridge welcomes up to two pets per household, subject to HMC breed restrictions. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet applies, along with a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. The two on-site fenced dog runs give your pets a dedicated and secure space to socialize and exercise every day.
